Business Transformation Enablement Initiative

Carpenter Technology continues to focus on improving the business experience of our global customer base. In January 2020 we first communicated to customers about a multi-year initiative undertaken to bridge strategy and processes called Business Transformation Enablement (BTE). We have continued to develop this project as we work to become your total solutions provider.

Under the BTE initiative, we are on schedule to transition the business systems that support Carpenter Technology to SAP, effective Monday, January 4, 2021. This upgrade to our business systems will improve our relationship with and better service all our customers, resulting in a significantly improved experience to help drive success for your business.

Our team has developed a comprehensive plan to support both our customers and our business during this transition. Additional details about the upcoming changes, samples of new documents, and some important ways to help ensure and support a successful transition are available here.
