PowderRange® GammaPrint®-700

PowderRange GammaPrint-700* is an age-hardenable heat- and corrosion-resistant cobalt/nickel-base superalloy powder purposefully designed for additive manufacturing. GammaPrint-700 has excellent printability and derives its strength and creep resistance from a high-volume fraction of γ’-Ni₃(Al,Nb) and γ’-Co₃(Al,W) precipitate (between 60 vol.% and 70 vol.% in the fully aged condition). With a composition specifically designed to form an alumina (Al₂O₃) layer when exposed to air, it is resistant to oxidation at temperatures up to 1050°C (1922°F).
